If it wasn’t clear from the context of this meeting, I am really excited with the momentum of our community. After the Zoom call, I was really thinking about the word VALUES. What is it that we VALUE and how does that define our approach to teaching (and perhaps to life)? By coming up with some shared language around our values, can we begin to define what makes us… US? Can we communicate these values in such a way that we can tell people about our community and they’ll know right away what that means?
